Listening first
The first task is understanding, not prescribing. Sessions begin with your account of the situation.
The Practitioner
Vibha Jain is the hypnotherapy practitioner behind Hypnotherapy Pvt Ltd. Her work begins where most people's questions begin — with a conversation about what is actually going on, and what a person would like to be different.

Introduction
“Before a technique is considered, there is a person to understand.”
Over 15+ years of practice and 2,400+ sessions conducted, Vibha Jain has worked with people arriving for very different reasons — stress that would not switch off, confidence that faltered in particular rooms, habits that had outlasted their usefulness, and questions about direction that had no obvious category at all.
What those sessions have in common is not a method. It is a starting point: an unhurried conversation in which the person describes their situation in their own words, and nothing is proposed until that description is properly understood.
That approach also means being straightforward about limits. Hypnotherapy is not appropriate for every situation, individual experiences and outcomes can vary, and some concerns are better served by medical or mental health professionals. Saying so is part of the work rather than an exception to it.
No guaranteed outcomes are offered. What a consultation can offer is a discussion of your individual goals and whether hypnotherapy may be appropriate for them.
Professional Approach
Seven principles that shape every session, whoever the session is for.
The first task is understanding, not prescribing. Sessions begin with your account of the situation.
Two people describing the same concern usually need two different conversations.
Structure adapted to goals and circumstances, rather than a fixed script repeated for everyone.
What is discussed in a session is treated with professional discretion.
Plain language, explained in advance, with questions welcome at any point.
Your pace, your reservations and your decisions are taken seriously throughout.
Careful language, no guarantees, and honesty about what may or may not be explored.
Saying plainly when medical or mental health support would serve you better than hypnotherapy.
In Practice
Alongside individual consultations, Vibha Jain has conducted group sessions and demonstrations — settings where hypnotherapy is explained to people encountering it for the first time, and where the most common questions tend to surface.
Those questions have shaped how this website is written: plainly, without mystique, and with the limits stated as clearly as the possibilities.
What hypnotherapy is — and is notWhat to Expect
A short version of the process, so you know what you would be agreeing to before you make contact.
Step 01
You describe what has brought you here. Questions about the process are welcome before anything else is discussed.
Step 02
Your goals and circumstances are explored properly, including what you have already tried.
Step 03
Whether hypnotherapy may be appropriate is discussed openly — including when another form of support may be more relevant.
Step 04
If you choose to continue, sessions are shaped around your goals, at a pace agreed with you.
Step 05
What you noticed is reviewed in your own words, and next steps are considered from there.
Next Step
Describe what you would like to explore. There is no obligation attached to asking a question.
